Essie Hill, Ed.D., founder of Actuate Development, has a background in K-12 education. She has extensive experience serving in instructional leadership roles that include coaching and mentoring educators to provide quality teaching and learning. Dr. Hill has successfully designed impactful programs to improve leadership and educator effectiveness, contributing to improved student performance and the attainment of organizational objectives. She has a Master's in Educational Administration, a Doctor of Education in Instructional Leadership, and she is also a certified leadership and talent management coach.
